Alvin Tenpo > Battery Kirby Tower Front Lighting was with spotlight reflected off the ground. Probably around 5 seconds of front lighting. After lighting the foreground, I ran up to the tower to pop my strobe (with blue gel filter) a few times. Glow of the sky provided by the lights from the Golden Gate Bridge. Exposure time was 30 seconds.
